Refundable Security Deposit Option
$175 or $350, (depending on trailer), Refundable Security deposit is required
to rent a trailer and will be charged to a required major credit or debit card.
The Security Deposit provided by Renter shall, subject to deductions for
damage, loss of use, theft or other costs and expenses due to Seiverling Museum
Rentals, be returned to Renter within ten (10) business days of the last day of
the Term or the date on which the Trailer is returned to Seiverling Museum
Rentals, whichever is later.

| Rental Policies |
Length of Time
A Daily Rental Term is from 9 A.M. to 9 A.M., a Weekend Rental Term is from
Saturday 9 A.M. to Monday 9 A.M., and a 7 Day Term is Monday 9 A.M. to Monday 9
A.M., after 9 A.M. we will be charging additional rate as per Rental Agreement.

Tow Vehicle Requirements
Tow vehicle must have proper rated hitch, wiring, and braking provisions suitable for
the capacity of trailer being rented. Bumper mounted balls will be accepted if the
bumper's rating has a high enough capacity and is legible with the ball in proper angle
and no rust. All trailers rated over 3000# require a receiver hitch and electric brake
controller to be mounted in the vehicle. If your vehicle needs a hitch and/or wiring
installed or repaired, please contact Keystone Trailers Inc. for price and availability,
(you will be at the mercy of their service schedule, not your rental schedule). We highly
recommend that you have your wiring tested ahead of your rental schedule. Seiverling
Museum Rentals will provide the option a proper height ball mount for receiver hitches
and electrical adaptor for $7.50*/rental term for class I and class III receivers along
with brake controller rental for $35.00*/rental term if needed and compatible with
vehicle.

Renter will immediately notify authorities and Seiverling Museum Rentals, 717-431-
7257, after any accident or theft. Renter shall immediately notify Seiverling Museum
Rentals of and pay all fines, penalties and costs imposed for all moving, parking, toll
road and other violations with respect to Renter’s use of the Trailer (each, a
“Violation”). Seiverling Museum Rentals charges $2.50 per mile to pickup a trailer that
is impounded or left by the road, (determined using Google Maps from Zip Code
#17601). Renter agrees he/she shall also pay Seiverling Museum Rentals an
administrative charge of $50 to $100 for each such Violation billed to Seiverling
Museum Rentals. A 5% late charge will be added to customer's account for all bills not
paid within 10 Days of invioce. If trailer is not returned by renter, Seiverling Museum
Rentals will charge renter with "Theft of Rented Property" after a period of due process
is given, which is a felony in the State of Pennsylvania.

Taxes and Fees
Each rental is subject to PA Sales Tax, PA Rental Tax (2% of Rental Rate), and PA
Tire tax ($2.00/Day).

Waive The Damage Charge, (WTDC), Option, (N/A on Storage Trailers or Toy
Haulers)
This option is a nonrefundable and subject to state sales tax, charge in addition
to rental rate. This option costs 15% of the rental rate and provides the
customer with a coverage up to $350 for all eligible trailers, all Open Trailers,
all Enclosed, and all Dump Trailers. After the trailer is returned, and as long
as the damage, loss of use, theft or other costs and expenses due to Seiverling
Museum Rentals is under the covered amount, there will be no refund or
additional charge billed to the Renter if this option is chosen and customer will
not be charged any Loss of Use Charges for any damage.

Renter will provide Valid Driver's License, Proof of Vehicle Insurance, Valid address
and phone number, Major Credit Card, (cash or a debit card can be used to pay for
rental, but a Credit Card must also be presented, and Signature of Rental Agreement,

Security Hold, Refundable Charge
To reserve a trailer a in advance, a $25 deposit, ($75 For Toy Hauler), will be
required and will count towards the Refundable Security Deposit or WTDC options.
There will be a $25 cancellation fee, (plus appropriate taxes), ($75 For Toy Hauler),
charged if rental is not picked up or term is canceled after Security Hold is charged.
